My level of customer service that I expect is extremely high due to this experience. You, your customer service, and your product completely exceeded that. You were so helpful with all of my questions during the process and your wealth of information beforehand was invaluable. I researched many choices, but this is mainly why I went with you- because of your customer service. I was refurbishing a garbage pick for personal use. Saw this product after many quotes to dye and re-upholster.
Then I finished with a glaze mix of same with the conditioner. It did darken it up more than I realized, but I love it. This is the second time we've used the product and we are true believers. First time was on our family room couch and it worked like magic. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the dispenser/bottle leaks like CRAZY and we had quite a mess on our hands and driveway.

We used your product Wed, and had the heat on the first couple days so it dried and was no problem but then it warmed enough to open up. Sunday morning, the back of my shirt was black, and it has continued coming off on my clothes and wearing off the recliner.
Now I am looking for other items I can restore using your product. My family loves it too and it looks so expensive! It is the sofa of my dreams and your product made it softer, more beautiful, and it now has the look of a beautiful leather jacket that is perfectly worn-in. I was able to revive a set of vintage vinyl chairs by using the black dye on the top portion of the chairs.

The dresser looks sleek and nice, but the wood is breaking and it hasn’t even been a year yet. I have to be very careful when opening the drawer or else the whole front comes off bc the pieces on the side cannot stay put due to the wood being shredded. Of course your home should be a safe place for the entire family. That’s why hardware is included so that you can attach the chest of drawers to the wall.
My gold/yellow chair is now black and looks really good. So glad a friend told me about this product. You really do have to have the finishing product to put on to make it shine or it doesn't look as good. I have used Rubnrestore Products on my sunbleached spa cover. The day your sofa or bed needs replacing, the material in the particleboard can be recycled into something entirely new. We have a Malm dresser in one room and thought this would be a good choice for a smaller room. The drawers have a safety mechanism that prevents them from being pulled out. Great, but it also means the drawers don't open very far.

There are a couple products out there that appeared to do the same thing as Run 'N Restore so I did my homework. I went with this product as the reviews were AMAZING. Just about every one ranted and raved about how easy and how good the product worked, so I decided I'd give it a go. I ordered the peppercorn as the color chart and pics made it look like it was one step from black. It is definitely a lighter blue gray color. After I did two coats and decided the color wouldn't match the living room I decided to go with black.
I initialy bought filler, black color, and this sealer to try to salvage leather seats in Spanish antique chairs for a Taos rehab project. If successful, I'd save about $700 for a custom leather reupholstering job. After refinishing the wood to clean and age appropreate condition, I worked on the leather, and the finished product is MUCH better than new leather. It retains some aged character, but appears all new. I ordered Rub 'n Restore to change my cream/white leather chair to black.
